Hydraulic Rubber Hoses

This line is suitable to produce P.V.C Thunder Food Hoses, it consists one extruder, spiral steel wire forming unit, cooling bath, haul-off unit, winder. The wall of pipe is transparent soft PVC with spiral steel wire inside, featuring extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, static electricity resistance, anti-high voltage and good running.

V- Belts

Nylon Sandwich Belt

Nylon sandwich belts are manufactured from specially tanned flexible chrome leather/ imported synthetic rubber and high tensile uniaxially oriented polyamide sheets. The uniaxially oriented polyamide sheets which form the core layer provide very high tensile strength coupled with high elasticity and high flexibility to nylon belts. This line is suitable to produce PVC spiral steel wire reinforced hose, it consists one extruder, spiral steel wire forming unit, cooling bath, haul-off unit, winder. The wall of pipe is transparent soft PVC with spiral steel wire inside, featuring extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, static electricity resistance, anti-high voltage and good running. It is suitable for the conveying of high pressure or explosive gas and liquid, heavy suction and delivery of liquid sludge. It is mainly used for chemical industry, building and vacuum pumps etc. We supply the different model machine to produce the hose from 10mm to 152mm.

AAsbestos Jointing Sheets

ACompressed Asbestos Fibre Jointing is a consistently uniform and resilient product. A price worthy quality of dependable performance, plus adaptability to many sealing requirements makes this 'STEAM' jointing the choice sheet packing or of Plant Engineers and maintenance men.

Ceramic Fiber Cloth

Ceramic fiber cloth contain absolute amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

Ceramic Cloth is a woven fabric made from high quality alumina silica fiber and especially mechanically needled for increased tensile strength and surface integrity in form of ceramic fiber yarn. It can be used for high temperature applications up to 2300 F. The cloth is reinforced with fiberglass filament, and optional Inconel/alloy steel wire. Ceramic fiber textiles feature excellent properties of lightweight, low thermal conductivity and chemical stability resisting attack from most corrosive agents. This cloth is widely used in welding, foundry works, aluminum and steel mills, boiler insulation and seal, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants.
